How long does standard production and shipping take?

Every item is crafted entirely to order. Production is 1–2 weeks for footwear. Delivery takes 4–15 business days depending on your location.

Is the hand-painting durable? Will it crack or wash off?

We work exclusively with professional leather acrylics mixed with advanced flexible bonding agents. Each piece is sealed with a scratch-resistant, water-repellent UV protective varnish. They are fully wearable and highly durable under normal conditions.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Footwear sales are final once the correct size and design have been delivered. If we made an error — wrong size shipped or incorrect design — we will make corrections at no additional cost. We cannot offer a return on a handmade, hand-painted item if the order was fulfilled exactly as requested.

Do you accept private custom commissions?

Yes. We accept a limited number of bespoke commissions each month. You can pitch your vision through the custom commission form on our Contact page, and our master artisans will collaborate with you to create your 1-of-1 masterpiece.
